Our client is looking for a Director of Plant Operations to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant. This role involves assessing system performance, allocating resources effectively, and achieving productivity and efficiency goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the plant to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Developing processes that will maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
- Increasing production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Plant Director or similar role.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning).
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
